Using DNA to Breakdown Brick Walls

4016 Carya Drive
Raleigh, NC 27610

Speaker: Ginger Smith

What types of DNA tests are commercially available?  How do you choose a test based on what your goals and expectations are? How can the various tests satisfy your genealogical needs? Our speaker, Ginger Smith, "Your DNA Diva", will provide some answers to these questions and  then present a case study illustrating how DNA testing can be used to break down your brick walls and answer your research questions.  Handouts will be provided.

Ginger Smith, owner of Your DNA Diva, is a Senior Scientist at North Carolina Central University with a BS in Biology and an MLS in Library Sciences.
